Tracking
You will receive tracking information from the shipping provider directly. All tracking enquiries and estimated delivery times must go through the relevant freight provider for your country/location. POKI will not be able to track items on behalf of customers.
Customs
POKI does not hold any responsibility for any Import Duties and Taxes associated with your order. Should you be charged Duties or Taxes upon receiving your parcel, you will be responsible for covering these costs.
Redelivery
In the event of nobody present receiving the package, you can arrange redelivery after the parcel is returned to us. The additional delivery cost will be billed to you. If we are unable to contact you within the following seven working days, the order will be cancelled, and no refund will be made.

This affects currency selection and taxes. Transactions not completed naturally, either by design or by mistake, POKI reserves the right to cancel the order or charge the excess due to the result of the scenario.

We use a currency converter on our website for your convenience. It uses a global exchange rate and estimates the product cost in the currency you selected. However, the final amount in the cart, as well as the final transaction is charged in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). The final price you pay depends on the current currency exchange of your bank provider, which means it might differ from the estimated cost initially shown on our website. Please note that your bank might also charge an additional fee for international transactions.
